New Recovery Day Programme: March 1st through June 25th, 2021:
We're launching a new cohort beginning March 1st, 2021. This is a comprehensive day programme consisting of daily group education sessions facilitated by a person with lived experience, group therapy sessions led by our lead staff psychotherapist, and individual pyschotherapy/counselling sessions. All of our programming is free, and we operate on a charitable donation basis. To apply to the programme, complete and return the intake forms at the bottom of this page.
The Living Free "Insight"group is a faith-based discussion group that addresses life-controlling issues by exploring and building character. This group normally meets on Tuesday evenings, and has now ended as we are launching a new day programme.

ALL ABOUT GROUP PROGRAMMING:
We have a team of professional, accredited counsellors and registered therapists who will help you to walk toward freedom.
Our team uses proven psychological methods using licensed group session material. The majority of the programming involves live, in-group psychotherapist-led group therapy, group activities for community building such as a daily community lunch and other weekly programming options through Hope Barrie, and individual psychotherapy sessions.
Our programming consists of daily, in-community group sessions every morning. A critical component of recovery is community, and we foster community-building with a lunch programme and other opportunities and pathways in our faith-based environment to connect to and to surround yourself with a healing and hopeful community.
Please complete this contact form, or drop in and see us, to be contacted for an intake interview for our next session.
